حذف الحساب
تقدر تحذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائيًا بأي وقت — بخطوتين من داخل التطبيق:
- افتح التطبيق ← تبويب حسابي.
- اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد.
ماذا يحدث عند الحذف؟
- يُحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي وعناوينك ومفضلتك وسلة تسوقك نهائيًا.
- تُجهَّل سجلات طلباتك السابقة (تُزال بياناتك الشخصية منها).
- لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
ما تكدر توصل للتطبيق؟
أرسل طلب الحذف من رقمك المسجّل عبر واتساب +964 776 050 0037 أو بريدنا [email protected] وسنحذفه خلال 48 ساعة.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account anytime, in-app:
- Open the app → Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, addresses, favorites and cart — permanently.
- Past order records are anonymized (your personal data is removed from them).
- Deletion cannot be undone.
